Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• nut meats - 3/4 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add the dry ingredients to egg mixture; mix well. Grease pans. Divide batter into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
