- sugar - 2 C
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 C
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 C
- grated zucchini - 2 C
How to make zucchini bread:
Do not beat. Add 1 cup pecans if desired. Spoon into 2 loaf pans. Bake 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. If you grate and freeze zucchini in the summer, you will need to freeze 3 cups for this recipe.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
