Zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 3/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- coarsely shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Set aside. Beat eggs in large bowl and add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingredients. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour in two well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done when tested.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
