Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- vanilla or almond extract - 2 Tbsp
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla; mix well. In separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add to above mixture. Mix well, then add nuts. Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 325° 1 hour until done (toothpick comes out dry).Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
