- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- zucchini, grated and peeled - 2 c
- oil or butter, softened - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
