Ingredients/Components

• Sugar - 2 c
• tsp Salt - 1 item
• Flour - 3 c
• Vanilla - 1 tsp
• Cinnamon - 2 tsp
• Eggs - 3 item
• Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
• tsp Baking Soda - 1 item
• melted Butter or Margarine - 1 c
• grated, peeled Zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all of the ingredients. Bake in 2 large greased loaf pans at 325 for 50 - 60 minutes.

This recipe can halved and still will taste as delicious.
