  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • beaten eggs - 3 item

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs in large bowl. Add sugar, oil, squash and vanilla. Cream together.

Sift flour and dry ingredients. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
