  • eggs, beaten until foamy - 3 item
  • sugar - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • vanilla - 3 tsp

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Sift and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350°.
