Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • oil - 1 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • raw grated zucchini peeling optional - 2 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nutmeats optional - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs well. Blend in oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients. Bake in two greased pans at 375° for about 1 hour.
