Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • clove minced garlic - 1 item
  • grated Romano - 1/2 c
  • thinly sliced, unpared zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini bake:

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and spread into pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. A very tasty appetizer.
