Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped and sauteed - 1 item
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- small cans mushrooms, sliced - 2 item
- zucchini, quartered and sliced - 4 item
- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 3/4 tsp
How to make zucchini bake:
Cook the first 4 ingredients until almost tender. Beat the eggs and add to above. Add the salt and Italian seasoning. Cover until firm. Can be put in a 350° oven at this point. Cook for 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
