  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 3 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • clove, chopped - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes about 3 dozen appetizers.
