- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- grated fresh zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini appetizer:
For this ultra-simple recipe, use jumbo Spanish onions, sliced to 1/8 inch thick (#2 or #3 on a slicing machine). Separate the circles into rings and toss with all-purpose flour. While tossing, sprinkle the onions with light cream to moisten them. Keep tossing them all together until they are well-coated.
