Zucchini and carrots
Ingredients/Components
- dry white wine - 3 Tbsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- carrots, cut julienne
- zucchini, cut julienne
- garlic clove, crushed optional, but I like and usually use 2! - 1 item
How to make zucchini and carrots:
Use a large frying pan or wok. Add oil and garlic to a hot pan. Then add carrots. Saute or stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add zucchini. Toss about for 3 minutes. Add the lemon juice and wine. Toss about and remove from heat. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
