  • lean ground round
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • minced celery - 1/2 c
  • minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • carrots, grated - 2 item
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • medium size green pepper, chopped - 1 item

How to make zingy meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients lightly and shape into loaf. Place in a rack in a baking pan; bake in moderate oven at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings, containing 220 calories each.
