Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- baking powder
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 1/3
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- crushed pineapple undrained - 2 c
- Stir in pineapple
How to make yum yum cake:
Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in pineapple. Add flour that has been sifted with baking powder. Mix well. Spread into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 or 30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Add topping.Topping:1 c. sugar1 stick margarine1 c. flaked coconut1 c. chopped pecans1 (15 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 tsp. lemon extract1 c. crushed pineapple, drained Put sugar, margarine and milk in saucepan.
