- frying chicken - 1 item
- flour
- salt - 2 tsp
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
How to make yorkshire chicken:
Mix 1/3 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Coat chicken pieces with the mixture. Brown all sides in 1/4 cup of butter in a large skillet. Arrange the chicken in the baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove chicken.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
