  • frying chicken - 1 item
  • flour
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk

How to make yorkshire chicken:

Mix 1/3 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Coat chicken pieces with the mixture. Brown all sides in 1/4 cup of butter in a large skillet. Arrange the chicken in the baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove chicken.
