Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- plain yogurt
- dill - 1 Tbsp
- cucumber, cut into thin slices - 1 item
- cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped - 2 item
- vegi salt to taste - 1 item
How to make yogurt soup:
Blend the chopped cucumbers with the yogurt and onion until smooth. Add salt to taste and chill before serving. Garnish with cucumber.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Rice, White rice.
