Ingredients/Components
- radishes, sliced - 6 item
- cloves crushed garlic - 2 item
- bunch watercress - 1 item
- plain or lemon yogurt - 2 c
- minced fresh mint or 2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
- large cucumbers, sliced - 2 item
How to make yogurt salad:
Combine the yogurt with the mint and garlic. Stir in the cucumber slices. Wash and dry the watercress. Arrange each serving of cucumbers on a bed of watercress and garnish with radish slices. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Southwest asia (middle east).
