Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1 stick
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded raw carrots - 1 c
- to 5 medium yellow squash, peeled and sliced - 4 item
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in water 5 minutes; drain. Mix together soup and sour cream. Fold in the shredded carrots, squash and onion. Melt margarine in a medium saucepan and stir in the stuffing mix. Spread half the stuffing mix in a greased 8Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low calorie, Cheese.
