- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- 6 c - 2 lb
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in boiling water 5 minutes; drain. Stir in carrots; fold in squash and onion. Combine stuffing and margarine. Spread half stuffing in buttered 12 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Spoon squash mixture over stuffing and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low calorie, Cheese.
