Yellow squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- chopped onion - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- jar pimento - 2 oz
- 1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
- crushed Ritz cracker crumbs - 3 c
- medium carrot, grated - 1 item
- cooked squash, mashed - 3 c
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Mix margarine and cracker crumbs together and set aside. Mix all other ingredients, then mix in crumb mixture, leaving enough to spread on top. Bake 35 minutes or more if needed at 350° until nicely browned.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low calorie, Cheese.
