Yeast biscuits



  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • yeast - 1 pkg
  • milk or water - 1 item
  • oil or 1 rounded Tbsp - 1/4 c

How to make yeast biscuits:

Mix dry ingredients; add oil and milk or water to make soft dough. Knead like biscuit dough. Roll out or cut and put in greased pan and put damp towel over the pan. Let stand in a warm place to rise, about double in size. Bake like regular biscuits.
