Winter chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped carrots - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- instant chicken bouillon - 2 Tbsp
- cans whole kernel corn - 2 oz
- strips bacon, chopped - 6 item
- pared, diced potatoes
How to make winter chowder:
Partially cook bacon; stir in onion. Cook until bacon is crisp. Stir in water, potatoes, carrots and chicken bouillon. Heat to boiling until potatoes and carrots are tender.
