- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- dry white wine - 1/3 c
- condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10
- cubed cooked chicken - 2 c
- curry optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make wild rice chicken casserole:
Prepare rice mix according to package directions. Meanwhile cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in soup, sour cream, wine and curry. Stir in chicken and cooked rice. Put in a 2-quart casserole or a 12 x 7 x 2-inch dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Stir before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
