Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- wild rice - 1 c
- chopped chives or green onions - 2 Tbsp
- chopped, drained mushrooms - 8 oz
How to make wild rice casserole:
Cook over medium heat 20 minutes. Add 3 cups hot chicken broth and pour into a 3-quart casserole. Bake covered at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
