  • confectioners sugar - 1 lb
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • butter flavoring - 1 tsp

How to make white icing:

Mix all ingredients in mixer until fluffy. This makes plenty for layer cake. Use half this recipe for 9 x 13-inch cake.
