  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • butter - 1 lb
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 lb
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • white raisins - 1 lb
  • candied cherries - 1/2 lb
  • candied pineapple - 1/2 lb
  • fine coconut - 1/2 lb
  • 2 can sliced pineapple, cut in small pieces

How to make white fruit cake:

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Pam may be used. Bake over a pan of water to keep cake moist. Bake 1 hour at 225°, then 1 hour at 250°, and then 1/2 hour at 300°.
