  • milk - 1/4 c
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • can chopped clams - 1 1/2

How to make white clam sauce:

Drain clams, reserving liquid. In saucepan, cook clams, garlic and parsley in margarine a few minutes. Stir in soup, milk, clam liquid and cheese. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over hot, cooked pasta.
