Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- can chopped clams - 1 1/2
How to make white clam sauce:
Drain clams, reserving liquid. In saucepan, cook clams, garlic and parsley in margarine a few minutes. Stir in soup, milk, clam liquid and cheese. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over hot, cooked pasta.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
