White clam sauce



Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- sherry - 3 4
- can clams, drained - 3 oz
- olive oil for sauteing - 1 item
- clam juice, saved from the cans - 1 c
How to make white clam sauce:
In a medium sized skillet, saute garlic in very little oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add clams and sherry and saute over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Add butter and saute all together for 1 minute. Serve over linguine cooked al dente.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
