Ingredients/Components

  • 10 oz - 1 pkg
  • Cheerios - 5 c
  • corn chex - 5 c
  • cups salted peanuts - 2 item
  • 12 oz - 2 pkg
  • vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp

How to make white chocolate party mix:

In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. In a microwave safe bowl, heat vanilla chips and oil on medium high for 2 minutes, stir after 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Cool. Break apart. Store in an airtight container. This recipe freezes well.
