- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- 12 oz - 2 pkg
- salted peanuts - 2 c
- Cheerios - 5 c
- Corn Chex - 5 c
How to make white chocolate party mix:
Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Heat chips and oil on Medium-high for 2 minutes in microwave. Stir once, then microwave on High for 10 seconds and stir. Pour over cereal; mix and stir until smooth. Spread on three waxed paper lined baking sheets. Cool. Break apart. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
