White chocolate macadamia nut cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- large egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- Macadamia nuts - 5 oz
- white chocolate chips - 6 oz
- butter, softened not melted - 1/2 c
How to make white chocolate macadamia nut cookies:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine the butter, shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour and baking soda. Add white chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
