sugar - 1/2 c
vanilla
packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
baking soda - 1 tsp
shortening - 1/2 c
large egg - 1 item
all-purpose flour - 2 c
Macadamia nuts - 5 oz
white chocolate chips - 6 oz
butter, softened not melted - 1/2 c

How to make white chocolate macadamia nut cookies:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine the butter, shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour and baking soda. Add white chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well. Drop by the tablespoon onto a lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 8 to 10
