- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract
- sifted powdered sugar - 4 c
- vanilla flavored candy coatings, melted - 12 oz
How to make white chocolate fudge:
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well. Stir in candy coating and pecans. Spread into a buttered 8-inch square pan; refrigerate until firm. Cut into small squares. Yields 2 pounds.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
