- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cake flour
- Angel Flake coconut - 1 c
- white chocolate - 1/4 lb
How to make white chocolate cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Melt white chocolate over hot water, then add to first mixture. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Then add vanilla, coconut and pecans.
