Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 C
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 8 more
- warm water - 1 qt
- dry milk - 1 C
- instant potatoes opt - 1 C
- pkg rapid dry yeast - 2 item
- Tbsp melted Crisco - 5 item
How to make white bread:
Mix together: 1 qt. warm water, instant potato, & salt. Let cool. Add dry yeast. Stir in dry milk, sugar, crisco and add flour last.Add part of flour and beat with beaters, then add balance and stir with large spoon. Knead in one or more cups of flour. Let rise twice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
