Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 lb
- plain flour - 3 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- eggs whole - 6 item
- whipping cream do not whip - 1/2 pt
How to make whipping cream pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add whipping cream and flour alternately. Add nuts and vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°. Do not open oven for the first hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Weeknight.
