Whipping cream cake



  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
  • flour, sifted - 3 c

How to make whipping cream cake:

Let butter come to room temperature in large mixing bowl. Add sugar and cream well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir cream of tartar into flour. Alternate adding flour and cream, beating well. Add vanilla. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325° in a greased and floured tube pan.
