Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- unflavored gelatin
- chilled evaporated skim milk - 1/4 c
How to make whipped topping:
In a small pan, sprinkle gelatin over water; heat slowly, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Pour into a small mixing bowl; add sweetener and vanilla and cool. Add chilled milk; beat at high speed until very thick. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 4 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
