  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • nonfat dry milk - 1/2 c
  • ice water - 1/2 c

How to make whipped topping:

Chill bowl and beaters. Combine milk powder and ice water. Beat until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Serve immediately.
