Whipped potato casserole



  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • small amount milk - 1 item
  • to 10 large potatoes, boiled - 8 item
  • chives and paprika optional - 1 item

How to make whipped potato casserole:

Cook potatoes as for whipped potatoes. Drain and whip. Mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Add to whipped potatoes. Add garlic salt and chives to taste. Beat 2 eggs; add a little milk and mix into potato mixture. Put into a greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Can now refrigerate covered or bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
