Wendy's chili
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can kidney beans with liquid - 1 oz
- can pinto beans with liquid - 1 oz
- diced onion - 1 c
- black pepper
- water - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- diced green chilies - 1/2 c
- medium tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- diced celery - 1/4 c
- cumin powder - 2 tsp
How to make wendy's chili:
Brown beef; drain off fat. Using a fork, crumble the cooked beef into pea-sized pieces. In a large pot, combine beef and all the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chili, Tex Mex.
