Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- water - 6 c
- mashed bananas - 5 item
- can frozen orange juice - 1 oz
- can frozen lemonade - 1 oz
- ginger ale - 3 qt
- can pineapple juice - 1 oz
How to make wedding punch:
Boil sugar and water. Cool. Put bananas in blender. Add 1 cup pineapple juice. Blend until smooth. Mix bananas with remaining juices. Freeze overnight in 3 equal containers. When serving, partly thaw juice and add 1 bottle ginger ale per container. Serves 50.Note: May keep frozen several weeks. Good when you need to make ahead of time.
