  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder
  • egg whites - 8 item
  • powdered sugar
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • almond - 1 tsp
  • flavoring - 1 tsp

How to make wedding cake:

Icing:4 c. powdered sugar1 c. Crisco1 tsp. flavoring1/4 c. milk Add Crisco, vanilla and almond to flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Then add milk and beat for 2 minutes. Add egg whites unbeaten. Beat 2 minutes more and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

Icing: Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes and then add 1 egg white and beat for 5 more minutes. Spread each layer with coconut (optional).
