  • instant pistachio pudding - 2 Pkg
  • milk
  • softened vanilla ice cream - 1 qt
  • crushed Heath bars - 2 item
  • whipped cream - 1 pkg

How to make watergate dessert:

Mix crushed Ritz crackers with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter and make a crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool.

Mix instant pistachio pudding with milk and beat well. Mix in ice cream. Pour into crust and freeze for 2 hours. Cover with whipped cream and crushed Heath bars. Freeze for 1 more hour.
