Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can asparagus spears - 1 item
- medium boiled potato - 1 item
- cans undiluted chicken broth - 2 item
- bunches fresh watercress - 2 item
- jigger white wine - 1 item
How to make watercress soup:
Liquify watercress and chicken broth; add asparagus and potatoes. Blend; add salt and pepper.Before serving, strain soup and add wine. If it is too thick, add wine or water. Serves 4 to 6.
