Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • orange juice - 2 c
  • apple cider - 2 qt
  • whole cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • whole allspice - 1 tsp
  • whole cinnamon sticks - 2 item
  • brown sugar or brown Sugar Twin - 1/4 c

How to make wassail:

Combine cider, cloves, allspice, cinnamon sticks and sugar and simmer. Add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Strain out spices. Chill. Heat to serve.
