Warm spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/3 c
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- celery, chopped - 1/3 c
- rosemary - 1/4 tsp
- chopped spinach - 10 oz
- red peppers, chopped - 2/3 c
- Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes - 1 lb
- loaf sourdough bread - 1 item
How to make warm spinach dip:
Saute vegetables with butter on low heat. Add spinach and cheese. Cook until tender, stirring frequently. Spread butter inside of bread. Warm bread in oven for 20 minutes at 350°. Pour mixture into hollowed bread loaf and serve warm. May be served with cubed bread chunks or crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Vegetables.
