Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
- sifted flour - 1 c
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- Filling:1 egg
- vanilla - 1 item
- dash salt - 1 item
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- nuts - 1 item
How to make walnut tassies:
Filling:1 egg vanilla1 dash salt3/4 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. melted butter nuts Combine all crust ingredients together and shape into balls. Chill. Form to side of muffin pan. Sprinkle shaped cups 1/2 full nuts and add filling almost full. Put more nuts on top. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.Recipe categories: Pies and tarts, Hand Formed cookies, Tarts.
