Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour, sifted - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- walnuts, finely chopped - 3 c
How to make walnut balls:
Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Work in butter, at room temperature and vanilla. Add 2 cups nuts, mix well. Shape in 1-inch balls. Roll balls in remaining nuts. Bake on ungreased sheets 25 minutes or until delicately brown.Recipe categories: Fruit, Main dish, Nuts.
